Welcome to The Ambassador Room, part of The Chicago Hotel Collection. By making a reservation or visiting our restaurant, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Reservations

All table reservations are accepted exclusively through OpenTable.

Reservations are based on availability and are first come, first served. A reservation request does not guarantee a specific table or booth.

We reserve the right to adjust seating assignments to accommodate operational needs.
Booths & Seating

While we do our best to honor seating preferences (including specific booths), requests cannot be guaranteed.

Large parties should contact us directly for private dining or event arrangements.
Conduct & Guest Safety

The Ambassador Room is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disturbing the peace, disrupting other guests, or jeopardizing the safety of our staff or patrons.

Guests who are intoxicated, drunk, or disorderly will be asked to leave the premises.
Alcohol Service & Minors

In compliance with Illinois state law and City of Chicago liquor regulations:

Guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification to purchase or consume alcohol.

No minors (under 21) may sit or be served at the bar.

We reserve the right to request ID at any time and refuse service if age cannot be verified.
